The Hand Eye Coordination Test is a screamer game developed by Liquid Generation in 2003. The game's objective was to evaluate the player's hand-eye coordination and motor skills by presenting them with five different tasks to complete. The game stated it was created in response to the potential negative impact that prolonged computer use can have on these abilities.

The first task requires the player to eliminate a fly that is moving around the screen, measuring the player's reaction time and speed visualization skills. Each task has a set time limit, and the player's completion time is recorded. In the second task, the player must click on buttons that turn red to improve their accuracy percentage. The final task demands that the player focus on a dot moving along an "s" shaped slide. However, upon finishing the final task, the screen unexpectedly displays an animation of an eye oozing blood, accompanied by a loud voice screaming in agony. The game then abruptly ends, and the Liquid Generation outro is displayed.

An alternate version of the game exists, in which the screamer is replaced with a GIF from "Youloveniggers.com". This alternate version shows an obese person having anal sex with a man while the song "Booty Bass - Shake That Ass Bitch" plays in the background.
