The video begins with in-game footage of the famous metal song "Raining Blood" by Slayer from the music rhythm video game Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on Expert. However, when the video reaches 1:15, an image of Eva Galli from the 1981 supernatural horror film Ghost Story appears with a loud scream before switching to a black screen with no sound, which lasts for the rest of the video.
The channel is dedicated to covers of songs from Guitar Hero III, but this screamer was the last video the creator uploaded.
